We aim to get our parcels out the same day if ordered by 12:30PM, very rarely does this not happen.

Mainland UK -

We  offer an economy delivery option and a premium next day delivery  option.  The premium option usually uses either DPD next day or royal  mail special delivery.  The economy option will either use royal mail  1st class or DPD.

Scottish Highlands and Islands & Isle of Man -

We offer a 2-3  day service at no increased cost to the standard UK postage rates,  depending on weight and value this may be Royal Mail Tracked, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel Force, or similar.  

Northern Ireland (NEW RULES 2025) - 

If you are a business based in Northern Ireland placing an order with us, please note the following:

Due to customs requirements under the Windsor Framework, we may need additional information to ensure smooth delivery of your order. If the total value of your order exceeds £135 (ex VAT) and is being sent to a business address in Northern Ireland, we ask that you include the following in the Customer Notes section on the final page of checkout:

Your EORI number (starting with “XI”)

Your UK Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS) authorisation number (if applicable)

Providing this information helps avoid potential customs delays or charges. Where this information is not supplied and your goods are assessed as being ‘at risk’ of moving into the EU, import duties may be charged upon arrival.

Failure to provide these details may result in your parcel being held by customs and you, as the recipient, being charged EU duty tax upon delivery. We strongly recommend ensuring this information is included at the time of order to avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges.

We continue to charge UK VAT at checkout for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

If you are a private individual rather than a business, you do not need to enter anything. However be aware of the possibility of Duty being chargeable on the orders above £135 (ex VAT).
