DW35F - Wireless kit with 7" mirror monitor + receiver box + numberplate frame camera + sender box

Popular wireless reversing camera kit with the 7" mirror monitor that clips over the existing interior mirror using strong spring-loaded clamps, a receiver box that plugs into the end of the monitors 3M wiring harness and can be hidden in places such as the glove box or footwell, a number plate frame camera, and a sender box.

The monitor is supplied with both a lighter plug for an easy install and a hardwire cable for people wanting to free up lighter plug space.

The camera can be tilted up and down and installation is a breeze, simply insert your UK/EU standard-sized numberplate into the frame, then screw it back in using the original screws. The lens is very wide at 150 degrees but doesn't suffer from a "fishbowl effect" due to its use of an aspheric lens. The camera connects to a sender box which then transmits the signal to the monitor at the front.  All you need is one power supply to the sender and this in turn powers the camera.  You are able to add a 4 pin extension cable to move the box further away from the camera.  The transmission of the video signal is done via Digital Wireless (a big difference between the analogue wireless in the past), which means that the signal is sent over long distances with no static to worry about.

Digital Wireless - Interference Free

Wireless cameras used to have an awful reputation in the past, for good reason too.  In Europe analogue wireless was restricted to just 10mW transmitting power due to the "dirty" signal from analogue, this level of power struggled at even a cars length, then you had interference.  With the digital wireless technology used in this kit you now have 100mW transmitting power, the sender/receiver syncs together and encrypts the signal between each other.  You won't see anything other than the camera you are paired up with. With the new technology we just never find that range is a problem anymore.

Should you use wireless?

Caravans, articulated lorries, horsebox trailers, and other trailers are prime candidates for wireless camera systems as it solves the problem of getting the signal between the two sections.  We don't recommend using wireless on modern cars/vans due to the sensitive CANBUS electrics on the rear lights, which most likely will cut power when they detect the unusual draw of power from the sender (you can get around this with relays but that negates the selling point of ease of install).  For cars/modern vans we recommend our cabled systems which provide power from the monitor instead of the rear lights.

Highlands and Islands UK Shipping

We offer a 2-3 day service fulfilled with either Royal Mail Post, or Parcel Force. The prices charged are identical to mainland UK. Small orders will be sent via the post, larger orders via Parcel Force.

Outside of the UK Shipping

We shop around when selecting the best method for Europe (we avoid the cheap budget couriers due to parcels being lost). Southern Ireland is always sent via DPD. Other countries will usually be either Parcel Force, UPS, or Fedex. Please note that we require a phone number for international deliveries. Also if you are a company in Europe, a VAT number or EORI number will help speed up customs.

We remove the UK VAT (Tax) when any country other than the UK is selected in the shopping basket or checkout. From this point all prices on the site drop down to exclude VAT. If you are from the Channel Islands, please select Jersey / Guernsey from the country list in order to remove UK sales Tax.

60 day "Change of Mind" policy

We understand that for whatever reason you may need to return your purchase.  We provide a 60 day opportunity for you to do just that.  Simply give us an email or a phone call to let us know it is due back.  You are responsible for the shipping back to us but you will receive a full refund including the original shipping we charged you for your order.  We recommend getting a signed for or proof of postage when posting back to us.

All we ask is that you return the items in the condition they were sent in, with the packaging present.  You are welcome to have temporarily tested the product and unravelled things, but if you have cut wires, soldered, glued, installed and used for a while then this wouldn't be suitable for returns under the change of mind policy.
